Ramn Navarro found his passion riding the biggest waves on the planet. But his accomplishments in giant surf are just one part of a bigger vision to protect the culture and environment of the Chilean coast. Since the release of this film in 2015, Punta de Lobos was officially declared a World Surfing Reserve and is now protected forever. Conservation and restoration work is ongoing through Fundacin Punta de Lobos.
